Our Fee Structure

We believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and fair. Our rental management fee is 12.5% per annum, divided between placement and monthly management services. Whether you prefer hands-on involvement or full management, we tailor our service to suit your needs. We also offer discounted rates for multiple-property landlords as part of our commitment to long-term partnerships.
