About us

Crisp Properties was officially registered in 2024 by me, Amy Crisp (née Fowlds), but the vision for this business had been taking shape for many years. Real estate has always been my goal – not my backup.

Property has always felt second nature to me - it’s in my blood. I grew up immersed in the world of real estate. I’d listen to my dad negotiate deals over the phone or jump in the car to join him on appointments. My mum, still in her pyjamas at the dining table, would be writing business plans and goals or overseeing the daily administration, all while raising three kids. I watched them live out their passion for property with heart, commitment, and balance.

My parents, Richard Fowlds and Lyndsay Fowlds, built their careers in commercial property. I have always admired their professionalism and success, and what really drew me in was the dynamic, creative, and relational side of the industry - how every property, client, and transaction tells a story.

Our Brief History

A journey built on family, trust, and lasting relationships.

In 2010, fresh out of school and eager to get started, I began working in the property sector while studying for my bachelor’s degree in business. There, I managed and oversaw an investment portfolio of commercial and residential properties, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in rentals, property management, and the financial side of real estate.

In the years that followed, I spent time working in residential real estate for an established franchise and honed my craft even further. The goal to one day start my own property business was ever-present, and in 2019 that dream became a reality with the birth of NIB Homes, an offshoot from NIB Projects, a commercial property brokerage firm within the family.

In November 2025, the final piece of the puzzle was placed, and we re-branded into Crisp Properties. Same team, same ethos, just a new name that is more fitting for our brand - fresh, approachable and professional.
